Incidentally the Zone Net Newsletter contains a great deal of useful information (much of it from Dr. Barry Sears) regarding Fish Oil, Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil and the various purification techniques as well as information concerning omega-3 fatty acids (long-chain) and inflammation issues.
